The room was lovely .spacious and bed superbly comfortable
Breakfast was a little bit confusing. If you wanted porridge you had to ask for it at the desk as there didn't seem to be a waitress. Maybe they were a little bit short staffed. When it arrived it was very nice. A pot of tea took 25 minutes to arrive.

Room beautifully decorated.
My bedroom smelt of urine.
I reported it night one of three. They put bleach in my toilet and put the toilet light on so extracter fan on and closed bathroom door but didn’t absolutely nothing about the urine smell in the bedroom. The smell was not in the bathroom.
The bottom of the shower grout needs scrubbing.
