I left a message to say our two young boys would be staying with us and they love a good giggle so if the staff could leave a funny note, they'd love it. We arrived to a personalized rubber duck treasure hunt in our room with some chocolate treasures at the end. The boys loved it 🤗 The family room was so spacious, the coffee machine and comfy beds were much appreciated after a long day in Fota wildlife, location excellent. We also had a meal in the New Yorker, delicious.

Good location, ample parking, clean linen and family room was spacious.
Breakfast was not great, choice was okay but the quality was very average. Irish breakfast items nothing was tasty. Orange juice, water was getting finished and not refilled on time until customers were waiting. Fruit was not tasty and blueberry milkshake I think it was I couldn't drink a sip. Staff was lovely I can see they were trying hard and working hard but busy breakfast time they were scrambling. Maybe need more staff?
