Staff were friendly, room was clean and hotel was within easy walking distance to Exeter Quayside. Great to also have parking included.
The room was very hot although no heating was on so we kept the window open in the day. Hotel is on main road, so we had to close window in the night due to traffic noise. There was major renovation work happening in the public area of hotel, this didn’t disturb us although the breakfast room was tiny, but it would have been nice to know this before booking.
