Excellent breakfast. Attentive , welcoming staff
Excellent meu for short stay but quickly run out alternatives for longer stays. Perhaps a fish dish and/or spicy dish added to midweek to go with their fish and chip Friday

Rachel on the desk was helpful and sorted a travel cot suitable for our 4 month old. The sauna and steam room were lovely and the pool. We enjoyed breakfast.
Cleanliness really let this place down (I did mention this on check out and received an apology but nothing else) the room had dirty towels and multiple hairs all over the bathroom as well as mould on the ceiling. I have images of the room being unclean but dont feel it is fair to put them on here. I would have expected compensation or at least free breakfast for the dirty towels and bathroom that had clearly not been cleaned properly. The beds were incredibly hard (and we like a firm mattress) but these were very hard and we did not sleep well. I came down to the front desk to ask for more coffee pods and was told they had run out!? You only get two caffeine coffee pods so I'd expect to be able to get two more. Jacuzzi was broken (would have liked to know this before check in)-we did really want to use it.
