- Cerca de las playas San Lorenzo y Poniente (5-10 minutos andando)
- La habitación (112) es pequeña pero las sábanas, las fundas de almohada, etc. están limpias y cómodas
- Muchos bares, restaurantes y tiendas en la zona
- Buen comunicado. Es 12-15 minutos andando desde la estación de AVE/Renfe; 5 minutos desde la estación de autobús (Alsa)
- No hace falta llaves ni tarjetas de acceso para abrir las puertas. Controlas todo en tu móvil (aunque esto puede ser una desventaja en algunas ocasiones cuando el móvil está sin batería, se pierde el móvil, etc.)
- Visitamos en verano. Hacía mucho calor dentro de la habitación a pesar de abrir las ventanas. Menos mal vino el encargado y le pedimos un ventilador.
- Durante 3 noches de nuestra visita, casi no habia a nadie en la recepción. Diría que al menos tener a alguien ahi 1-2 horas al día para atender a los clientes para cualquier problema o preguntas.
- Sin ascensor
- Hay dispensador de agua gratis en la recepción pero se cayó el agua y nadie fregó el suelo mojado.

Location, decor, cleanliness
I was floored to find out there was no reception at all! All is done remotely and electronically. When booking the hotel it doesn't state that anywhere. And the emails I received about checking in were all in Spanish. I finally did check in online otherwise I would have not been able to even enter the hotel and with the help of another guest who happened to arrive and who spoke Spanish she helped me explain the system. It gave me the fright of my life! And I do feel it should be mentioned in the hotel description.

The location is perfect for tourist purpose. Everything is walking distance.
It is noisy, the noise comes from the construction, when any other on the floor uses the faucet or the shower you can hear everything.
