Location was good - very close to the shopping area and only 10 mins from the port, old town and beach.
It was rather tired.
The water went off in the night without warning.

Great location, good price. Close to the train and bus stations and to the city centre. Very friendly staff.
Everything is a bit dated in the room and the bathroom, but in working condition. Physical keys for both the room and the safe, and I do not like having to leave the room key at the front desk every time. I had to wait a few minutes for the checkout because the front desk was empty; I understand that the hotel is trying to save money and it makes the room cheaper, but there should always be someone at the front desk or at least in hearing distance. The hotel is not fully accessible, there are a few unavoidable steps at the front door. The reading lights are too bright.

Room was small and needed updating. Breakfast was average and room needed updating. Hole in the ceiling. Small room needed updating.
