This place offers in total 9 appartments on the 1st floor of a residential buliding in very downtown of Gijon. The fotos on their booking page are a mixt of more appartments. If you want to have the room where you would have a view to a corner of the harbour then ask for room Nr 3! The others are opening to the neighbouring streets, but you do not go finally to Gijon for sitting in the room :-) Eventough I have to underline that their personal was exceptional (EXCEPTIONAL!) kind and helpful. We also had some problem with the bank card, what they have managed on a friendly basis. Thank you again.

Great location, walking distance from the train and one block from the marina. Easy walk to everything that we wanted to see and do in Gijón. Luis the owner was amazing. So nice and helpful. Our room faced the street, but was very quiet, we did not hear any street noise. Our room had a kitchenette with a mini fridge (but big enough to hold plenty of drinks and snacks) a microwave, a coffee pot and coffee/tea/cocoa and bottled water were provided. The property and our room were spotless.
Everything was great. Zero complaints.

Friendly welcome, Luis didn't speak much English but by using his phone to translate he provided helpful info about the locality, nice room and kitchenette was suitable for preparing simple meals. Space for bikes in corridor on same floor as the apartments - Luis helped carry them up the stairs (lift quite small) Firm need and decent shower.
Quite noisy - from bars late in the evening and from traffic early in the morning
