Great location. Convenient for trams into the city and especially Central Station. Easy walk to the Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh.
Staff were lovely. We would especially like to thank Flávio who was helpful throughout our stay. Also Tycho who went to a lot of trouble to assist us with a suitcase problem on our departure day.
Can’t comment on breakfast as we don’t eat much breakfast so opted out of the hotel buffet.
Our room (501) was quite small for 2 people in twin beds. Bathroom was very small. But everything was adequate and worked well so not a big issue for us.

Rooms need renovation, rug was falling apart….way too expensive for this type of hotel, should have costed half of what we paid
