Staff were friendly and helpful. Bike hire from the hotel a bonus. Trams and buses close by very convenient. Delicious breakfast and very nice to have the option of tea and coffee through the day. Nice communal sitting area. Would definitely recommend and will definitely come here on our next trip.

Beautiful area close to public transportation and walkable distance to interesting areas. Building was elegant.
Occasional noise from the street/ people collecting under the window and talking loudly. Not too much of an issue though.

Cozy and clean hotel. Very good breakfast and excellent coffee. Helpful and welcoming staff.
The internet did not work very well during our stay.

Great place for the Rai In Amsterdam
The room was very basic, but very small. The lights sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. The clothes cupboard was so small that I had to leave a lot in my case. The shower was ok but the water didn't drain very quickly. They did make and clean my room, but in the bathroom, on the floor, there was a lot of long hair, which was not mine.
