Cómodo pero extraño al tener el water solo con cristales y sin paredes

El hotel es muy bonito y el personal muy amable. Todo súper moderno. La cama comidisma. Súper silencioso.

El water y la ducha están integrados en la habitación, no hay baño propiamente. Solo están divididos con cristales traslúcidos, con lo cual es bastante incómodo si estás con otra persona, aunque sea de confianza. Se ve todo desde fuera.

Instalaciones modernas y a la vanguardia, el personal de n general muuuuy amables

Se anuncia como muy céntrico pero para ir al área de los canales y la terminal central tienes que tomar el metro (5 estaciones) 😰

Absolutely would recommend, would stay again!

The staff were incredible. We spent a bit of time each day at the bar and the staff there were always incredible. Everything was clean and it was a standard CitizenM room we have come to expect and love.

It’s a bit further from the core. But it was easy to get there via the metro or Uber.

god beliggenhed. ca. 30 min gågang til div ting i centrale amsterdam og ellers metro, busser og sporvogn lige rundt om hjørnet. godt hotel til solo rejser eller rejse med ægtefælle. dejlig stor seng og fedt med tv og tablet der kontrollere lys og gardiner m.m.

ikke lydtæt wc, så hvis ikke man er tætte før rejsen, så er man i hvert fald efter! lille gardin der hjælper lidt på synet af tolitet/bad brug, men ikke nok, hvis man rejser med en ven eller en man ikke har lyst til at se alt af kunne godt bruge en større skraldespand på værelset!

Great!

Great location for my needs (next to the meeting center). Very friendly and exceptionally helpful staff. The room was not large but quiet and super high-tech and digitized, very clean and the bed was great.

The room was very compact and functional but missing surface areas to use for suitcase and toiletries.

Very cool design, modern and minimalist with technology. Lobby is very comfortable. Very clean and friendly staff

The bed is very hard which hurt my back. It’s a little pricey given the location and the size of the room

Great hotel for a quick trip.

The people there are amazing and the location is nice since its outside the tourist areas.

The room was even smaller than expected and the cleaning schedule was not very well explained.

Convenient place to stay for work for me....!

location, easy check-in and check out, 24 hours food and water and a helpful staff

there was a foul smell coming out of sink and as sink is beside the bed in the room; it was bothering....I sorted it myself by leaving the hot water tap on for good few minutes.

Great staff but weird tiny rooms

Staff is extremely kind and helpful

Rooms are claustrophobically small and unnecessarily weird. Who wants to sit in a transparent cylinder while pooping??? Also location a bit noisy and far from the center.

Terrible facilities.

The staff and location were great for us. It was clean, modern and close to train/tram/metro station Zuid which we wanted.

You self checkin but someone from staff is there to help so why not normal checkin? The elevators are slow / not working constantly and we were in the 5th floor. The shower didnt have a lot of pressure / hot water. The ventilation in the room couldnt be stopped so everytime after a shower we had to go in a cold room.(24 is highest) Controls for the room lights and blinds was through an ipad that lacked options + the blinds make such a noise you hear the neighbors.

Superb

Very cool hotel, like all citizenM-hotels are, with high quality service. The staff was helpful and the overall vibe was just excellent.

Maybe the location was not ideal for me - since I was visiting the centre but it´s only a 5-7 walk to metro or tram.

Very good

The hotel is very clean, The staff is just amazing, very friendly, helping and kind. I got a nice birthday surprise at my room with warm wishes and balloons and an invitation to the bar with 3 free drinks, it was very thoughtful

the only thing is that the room was a bit small, toilet and the shower cabin are in the middle of the room, no possibility to open the windows and plus there’s a general air condition which you’re not able to control, I had to report to the reception because I was feeling too cold.

Good

Location is fantastic, with many tram stops, metro and train station nearby. The facilities where ok, bed was really comfortable, and everything was very clean. Shower is really good.

Rooms are small, it feels a bit cramped for two people, with no many space to put your stuff. The toilet being in a tube in the same space where you sleep it felt weird, it was very small. Not very good value for money in my opinion.
