The hotel is close to the south station and easy to be located. Both 2 staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful. The high floor room I stayed was bright, clean and quiet.
2 things made my stay less than ideal: Firstly, the room gets colder and colder with the AC running constantly, the maximum temperature was set to 24°C which is below the comfortable temperature range (at least for me), there was no option to turn if off. The cool air was blowing at the bed directly, I developed headache and stuffed nose at night. Secondly, the both pillows were way too thick and elevated that I couldn't fall asleep at all! I ended up sleeping without any pillow but then woke up at night with neck pain of course... It was a disastrous night.

the efficiency and helpfullness of the staff ,the location is great with access to the tram almost on the door.
Room has all the modcons and is comfortable for the stay
