We appreciated that we were able to bring our dog to the room. The location of the hotel is wonderful -- right in the middle of everything.
Everything about our room was "bare bones" from only being given one pillow apiece so that we couldn't lean against the headboard and read, no comfortable chairs to sit in, no hand towels. Our biggest complaint, however, was with the parking. We paid 30 Euro to park for 48 hours. We were not told that we needed to insert the ticket the hotel receptionist gave us into the slot before entering the parking garage, which is unusual. We then couldn't get out of the garage and had to us our Via Verde (which we should have used in the first place had we known). The hotel receptionist refused to return our money so we paid double the amount. The hotel receptionist appeared unable or unwilling to "think out of the box" refund our money. We live in Portugal so are used to that unwillingness to break protocol, but it felt terribly unfair.

Clean and really nice staff. Air con made the room very comfortable in the blistering heat of Braga! Bed was very soft!

No kettle in room to make a drink
Parking we arrived early evening reception very busy purchase €16 car parking ticket didn’t understand directions how to use next morning when leaving car park ticket would not work had to pay to €12 to get out of car park and couldn’t spare the time to return to the hotel go a refund

Great location next to the walkable parts of Braga and only 5 mins from the bus station back to Porto airport. Check in staff member was very helpful and 24 hrs of service including available snacks to purchase.
The room was very spacious but spartan in terms of furniture. It is clear that the room needs an overhaul and looked tired. All still good in terms of the bed and facilities but in need of refurbishment.
