The location. Not the most central but convenient enough, and away from the agitation of more "central" locations.
The design. Modern but warm enough, good style, balanced. Nice choice of pictures on the walls.
The balcony. Nice view on the street.
Ready response to a message I sent over WhatsApp.
A few shortcomings, all of them (hopefully) temporary: the lift was off (it's three storeys), my bedroom door had a lock needing fixing and a loose knob, the safety tape outlining a treacherous step in the hall was worn out (so that no warning was there, and it should).

It was a clean room but most specially the bathroom
I think it just need a bit upgrade and also there was a cue to use the bathroom

The location is good. Breakfast: not applicable. Clean room and spaces.
The seperate bathroom. My room was next to the bathroom (so a lot of noise). In general low noise isolation. My room was under the roof, no window with a view.
There is no reception and I didn't receive any access information from booking or the owner. At night the key to open the street front door didn't work properly!
