Amazing place, the price for what you're getting is great. The reception area smells amazing (like every time we walked by, we were commenting on it), super friendly staff with great English, comfy bed and pillows, great amenities in the bathroom (including a hairdryer that is actually working well, which is surprisingly not that obvious in hotels).
We used the room service and it was good (arrived quickly, even tho we booked it for slightly later - but it was not a big issue). Breakfast was also good, diverse, with some local food and some fun stuff like pancakes and a fill-your-own croissant station. I really liked that breakfast was available until 12 on Sunday - proper lazy day experience before travelling even more.
We'll be back if we travel through Olomouc again.
The only tiny issue I had was that I could hear our upstairs neighbors moving chairs or luggage in the early morning quite clearly. But it wasn't too long or too distracting, maybe I just have a particularly good hearing ;)
Other than that - no comments, great place to stay.
