Booking. com price was fair value. The price shown prominently at reception seemed poor value if one is using a personal account.
Room servicing is only undertaken every 3 days (or additionally on request). This did not happen. A complaint to reception resulted in cleaning after 4 days. Not what one expects from a top level hotel.
Breakfast had all the expected items but no excitement. Cake selection was poor in variety and, on some days, minimal in supply. On day 3 of our 5 day stay we discovered a stand well away from the main buffet area with blue cheese, whole fruit and a few better looking cakes,
