The location is excellent. It’s an easy walk from the main train station, with flat pavements all the way since the hotel is on the main road. The Old Town Square is just a 3-minute walk away, and the cathedral is less than 15 minutes on foot.
My first-floor room was very spacious and had a lovely view. The bathroom was a bit small, but it was clean and functional. The breakfast buffet offered a very good variety of options.
The highlight of my stay was the warm welcome from the reception staff. After arriving around noon following a 30-minute walk in the Czech summer heat 😆, she made me feel instantly at home with her friendly and welcoming service.

Location. Staff's help in making the most of our stay. Restaurants in area discussed and seeing the famous fountains. Parking was next door, handy.
Music free in the square. Sad Trinity Tower scaffold for repair.
Breakfast was fair. Hot food warm. Coffee was not drinkable.
About 12:30 am the heat pump, which was on AC, but not running let a small waterfall out. The floor wet and near electric lamp. I moved furniture and lamp. Grabbed a towel to catch water. It dripped for 30 minutes more.

location and nice customer service in reception was great.
I was quiet upset when I open door from my room and smelled some weird odour. Also in my booking there was a bath optionand I got only shower. Plus I asked for double bed bud got two single beds instead which was very uncomfortable. Fridge in room did not work at all, and as was soo hot iside when I open it it did smell pretty bad. Of course I couldn't eat chcocolate which was in it as went off and drinks had temperature of the hot bath. Very disappointing breakfast services and cleanliness in the dinning area.

"The size of the room. The little details like the bathrobes and the sleepers are great"
