Easy location to dining options and short walk to Woolworths. Plenty of cupboard space and additional items in the pantry. Good shower pressure. Secure parking. Liked that it included a washer/dryer but didn’t use it.
Didn’t like climbing three levels of stairs to our apartment. There was too much light coming into the bedroom around the blind. Apartment showing signs of age, eg skirting boards damaged, kitchen cupboard door trim damaged.

Location to beach..
Lots of noise coming from new construction over the road, pillows were not the comfiest (too big) and car park was very confusing with map to apartment entrance.
