Central location, not too far from the beach. Our apartment was recently renovated so was lovely. 3adults, plenty of space

The location is fantastic. Such easy access to the beach and all the wonderful shops and restaurants, without ever needing to take your car anywhere to battle with parking. The rooms were large and well equipped, and all the free facilities (including tennis/pickleball courts, swimming pools, table tennis, and bicycles) was wonderful, not to mention the great views from the rooftop. We certainly want to try Cooly Breeze (the restaurant) next time!
The room was very clean and comfortable and well equipped. However, it is an older building, so there are elements that feel a little worn or outdated. But certainly not enough to make the visit unpleasant in any way. The only thing that really concerned us was that the description and details provided through the booking.com were incorrect, causing us to panic that we had been scammed. The contact telephone number that was provided didn't exist/was incorrect, so when we tried to contact the property after booking and realised it was wrong we got worried. We also booked a 2 bedroom apartment, but once we booked the description said there was only one room.

Roof top pool and spa was lovely. Great view
Great location at Coolangatta, very central to shops, cafes etc
Staff were friendly and helpful
Only aircon in main living space not in bedrooms
Would be good if towels were changed during stay
