The hotel is big, and the rooms are very roomy and comfortable. The view was nice and you could darken the room 100%, which is important.
We had a misunderstanding regarding our 11-year-old; the hotel was suggesting he'd sleep with his parents in their queen-size bed.
We, coming from Western culture, thought it was quite strange and had to pay for an extra bed for him.

Staff were very friendly and helpful!
It was a strong heatwave hit Japan by the time when I was in Nagoya, so I felt the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough and it was a bit hot at night

Great location. Fit out consistent with Hilton hotels.
Very musty smell. Despite being a non smoking hotel, it smells like it used to be back in the day. The building has aged.
