Staffs were good. Their breakfast was very good.. lot of items.

Room was very old type. Furnitures were very old type too. Before we booked we didn't realize from the pictures we saw that they don't have shower enclosure... instead we found that they have old type buthtub. ... which was a trouble for us... since we don't like to take shower in bathtub. Each thursday night they have lady's night.. and frequently girls entering from a club into lobby floor . and lobby became very noisy and crowded...and they were playing loud music whole evening and night in lobby and I heard they do the same thing each Thursday.

Good place to stay for a couple of nights, great surroundings. Safe.

Excellent location, great service, Great base to reach places of interest. Safe. Good choice of bars and clubs. Very quiet despite of a busy highway.

Swimming pool wasn't available. Some renovation is needed - rooms are a bit outdated, 80s or even 70s.

Disappointing

The hotel is in a central location, staff are nice and polite.

The rooms have seen better days, for the price the rooms were quite shabby Staff are nice and polite, but the hotel needs a renovation to bring it upto standards for the the rates they charge. You can hear the conversations and the TV in the next room. Rooms are not worth more than 3000 - 3500 Rs as they currently stand.

all in all a very good stay without any complaints at all

the location is perfect. its just nearby all the places I wanted to visit. the staff are good. good breakfast. quiet and comfortable rooms. big parking space, bars, night club and Spa facilities.. what more could I want!!

the temperature control of the AC in the rooms was not working. it was too cold in the rooms. But it is negligible.

Worst 5star experience

Rooms were pathetic. Maintenance was worst. In a stay of two days 4 times electricity power got cut. We have to ask for water several times then only we get it.

It was pleasant stay overall but not up to standard as expected.

Breakfast need to be at international standards, need to change the main items of breakfast on daily basis.

Swimming pool water doesn't appeared good quality. there was cockroaches present in room!! one elevator was having very strong bad rotten smell inside.

Passable with 5 star as seen , money got value

Location is an advantage as central Kol , facade and rooms are good as far as comfort

Breakfast was ok , there’s water leaking on passage , rooms have a disadvantage as attached with adjoining rooms and can b noisy with neighbors , else rooms are comfortable but not ambience

My guest can't stay there, when I went to hotel after their check in, I found their are waiting oit side, because bad small all over the hotel , so they waiting for me outside, I asked manager to cancel and refund but they denied as guest already check in, I requested that NY guest can't stay with this smell and I feel also same, but they didn't do any thing, Finally my guest move other hotel,

just the location nothing else.

literally the AC was not working properly and for the first time I’ve seen any hotel charging for ice bucket room service staff were pathetic.
