Staying at The Samilton was a nice experience. The staff was really helpful and willing to help. The chef made a "Chilly Chicken" dish that was quite delicious. The property was in good shape and the location was great for my work trip.
The breakfast menu was very simple. They need to improve on this.

Clean property. Housekeeping staff is super nice and available most of the day which was convenient for us. Stay was good. Location is premium. Many restaurants, bars and shops close by within walking distance.
When we first arrived, we were given the room and it looked nothing like the pictures, it was a completely different room. Way smaller and didn’t have the same layout at all. We complained. Staff tried to say it’s the angle of the pictures and it just looks different in photos. They were trying to argue but we didn’t give in because on booking.com you cannot post pictures of rooms and not give that same room. We weren’t buying it so eventually a hotel manager had to sort it out and he ended up giving us a room that was up to par to what we originally booked. Be careful of this when you checkin. I urge you to make sure you get the room you booked or something up to par with what you booked.
