We asked for twin beds. Bit a double bed was in the room. Only only got a single towel

Room had mini kitchenette, which enable me to make my own breakfast.
Elevators were extremely slow if more than 1 person requesting usage.

The toilet kept blocking, therefore there was a terrible smell in the room. The bathroom fan was making a high pitch noise so we could not leave it on to remove the odour
