The staff at the hotel were absolutely superb. They were really helpful and efficient. The hotel in right by the Shin-Kobe station making using the Shinkansen a breeze and a quick tube ride to Kobe.
The central AC. But the rooms were a good size, clean and well appointed. Great value for money.

Great breakfast. Good location for Shinkansen, ok for restaurants/shops. Staff were really good. Space of rooms
Dated property - could tell it was built in 80s. Carpets were dirty (albeit rest of room fine). Very noisy in room with moderate wind as it was one night during stay.
