Couldn't fault anything! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfy. The location was great, so handy to get around with the tram across the road. We had the best stay!

Location was exceptional. Walk out the door and the tram services are right there or walk 10 minutes and your in the heart of Surfers Paradise.
The apartment is dated and does need a decent upgrade and for a two bedroom apartment things like utensils, cups, glasses where sparce and the cleanliness was very average. I ended up cleaning it myself the first day we arrived. Granted it isn't a hard thing to do however when your paying for a service you expect basic cleanliness. Wiping surfaces and sinks and a proper vacuum should be easy enough for cleaning staff.
