The staff and restaurant food were great - all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Their talents were spread across their resort jobs as well as singing and dancing for guests.
The resort is a bit older but our Beach Villa room was lovely and everywhere was very clean.
Being able to walk out of our villa straight onto the beach and the beautiful coral reef to snorkel in was amazing
There is a bit of a sewage whiff sometimes but I found this was common in other accommodation places we stayed at in Fiji.

No mantra rays seen 😢 but with a reef Just off shore the snorkelling was great, reef sharks, black nose sharks, sting rays, and plenty of fish

First restaurant on the islands where I wasn’t constantly hungry. Probably best restaurant with quality and good portions. Nice resort, has beaches on both sides, so you can find a not windy spot. Also nice sunrises and sunsets. Nice walk around the island.
Almost no other activities than Mantaray snorkeling. Long drop toilet in the center of resort. Flushed only behind restaurant. Massage seemed overpriced for the experience.

The sunrise villa had a very loud, noisy pump/generator that was next to the room - this was not advised in the booking. For one of the guests who wanted a quiet room, that was very disappointing for them.
The sunrise villa was advertised to have a ‘beach front’ room, but actually had patchy grass area with sharp prickles, so not really a beach front room.
There was some construction too- with loud machinery moving around the resort.
The food was okay to good - not amazing (apart from the wood oven pizzas). Hot breakfast was unpredictable- it either came out in 5 minutes, but two mornings waited an hour. Due to morning activities, two guests had to miss breakfast.
I advised that one of our guests didn’t drink dairy milk. Most mornings, no non-dairy milk alternatives were offered. The same guest was vegetarian- ordered a vegetarian breakfast but was given ham in their meal.
In the shop at the front office, there was no sunscreen available for purchase, which is concern for a sunny beach resort, with no shops around.
