Much more than a resort. Able to engage with the staff and go on visits to their villages and school. Super friendly people. 2 restaurants- Donu Japanese was superb. The other main restaurant was ok but you don’t really go to Fiji for food. You could choose either restaurant each day for lunch and/or dinner. The activities were fantastic- the shark swim was exhilarating and I’m so grateful I pushed myself out of my comfort zone to do this. Bure 14 - this premium garden bure was beautiful, large and had a small sea view and hammock on large deck. Great aircon and mini fridge and nets over beds. Very comfortable. Relax or participate in free and paid activities as much as you wish. Brilliant holiday.
The mandatory meal plan is expensive and I would have preferred to skip lunch. They need a few more sun lounges on the beach for those who don’t have direct beach frontage with their own lounges.

The most amazing staff and location! We have been non stop raving about it. Our Bure was also beautiful. Excellent child minding facilities and activities available
It’s quite expensive if staying in a beach front Bure- particularly because the food options are compulsory. It was our honeymoon though so we splashed out

The staff were super friendly and excellent with children. The view from the beach villas were stunning, with great cabanas, hammocks and sunloungers to relax and be on "Fiji time".
Had to chase up on getting fresh towels and villa cleaned on a number of occaisons, which is disappointing. Also, the food was very hit and miss. Some days the food was not hot (lukewarm), which for things like chicken and rice a bit of a health risk.
