Mai Sunset Beach Resort

Wir waren drei Nächte in einem privaten Bungalow und folgendes ist uns sehr positiv aufgefallen: - alles war sehr sauber und neu - Personal immer nett und aufmerksam - das Essen war absolute Spitzenklasse, wir haben uns zu jeder Mahlzeit gefühlt wie in einem gehobenen Restaurant, wir waren auf 4 Inseln und hier gibt es mit Abstand das beste Essen! Ich würde alleine wegen des guten Essens nochmal kommen😁 - es gab einen Wasserspender wo man sich kostenlos Wasser auffüllen konnte, gab es auf den anderen Inseln nicht

Eigentlich hätte ich hier jetzt nichts zu bemängeln, jedoch gibt es eine Sache, die uns am Abreise Tag negativ aufgefallen ist: bei Ankunft haben wir, so wie es üblich ist, für alle Mahlzeiten bezahlt, dazu gehörte bei uns Dinner am Anreisetag (da wir erst nachmittags angekommen waren) und Frühstück und Mittagessen am Abreisetag. Am Abreisetag wurde uns dann beim Mittagessen gesagt, wir müssten fürs Mittagessen nochmal zahlen. Nach einer kurzen Klarstellung unsererseits hatte sich das dann erledigt. Vielleicht sollte in Zukunft hier erstmal geschaut werden, wann der Gast angekommen ist, was er bezahlt hat etc. bevor man diesen angeht.

My partner and I had the most fantastic time staying at Mai Sunset. Situation on the shores of Naviti, it is the most beautiful tropical paradise we have ever seen. The beach is long with powdery sand that is immaculately maintained. The reef extends directly from the shore allowing for snorkelling straight from the beach. There are also daily opportunities to go on guided snorkelling and manta ray spotting tours (time of year dependent for the mantas). The food was totally amazing. You pay a daily flat rate for all three meals and we never ever went hungry. Each menu was always different and absolutely top quality, we were so excited to see what was available each time we went to eat. The restaurant area was situated under the palm trees looking onto the beach with beautiful mood lighting and music playing. All of the staff were wonderful and attentive. Reapi was always so warm when serving us our dinner. Joelli and Bill took us on a guided walk of the village which we reached by boat. Here we met some of the locals and had tea, whilst also visiting the local school. The Bure we stayed in was extremely comfortable with a big bed, a porch, air conditioning, a big bathroom and an outdoor shower to shower under the huge sky and the Milky Way. We would recommend absolutely anyone to visit and we really hope we can return again in the near future.

Absolutely nothing

This property is amazing! If you aren’t staying here while visiting Fiji you’re missing out. The staff go above and beyond. The food is a 2 course for lunch and 3 course for dinner. The chef always outdoes herself with the meals. We went on a village tour, where most of the staff are from, and met their families and made us feel so welcomed. All the small details that have been put into this resort have just made our experience 1000 times more memorable. Shout to Jay and Rede we will definitely be back!

Such a beautiful relaxing resort . Facilities are excellent and new . The staff go out of their way to make you feel like home . Food was exceptional thanks to chef Beverly and overall it was very good value for money . Will come again especially once they have finished and put the pool in

Nothing it was amazing . There is some construction work happening periodically as they add and expand the resort but it didn’t interfere with our stay and the addition of a pool next year will make it even better
