room was clean spacious and quiet, great walk out to broadbeach with the boat ramp into the canal, food at the hotel was great, coffee was good!
no fresh sheets or towels provided but washing & drying machines were available to use so not a big deal

Facilities and location were fantastic! We had a 3 bedroom apartment, so spacious and clean, pool and spa were an absolute highlight for the kids.

Travelled for the Gold Coast running festival, and the apartment was in a good location for this. Not too long of a walk to Pacific Fair and other nearby shops for groceries and cafes.
My room didn't match any of the photos displayed for the one bedroom apartment. I had one small couch instead of the two big couches pictured. The cleanliness in the apartment was lacking, particularly in the bathroom. There were hairs in the shower and on the floor, the hand soap at the sink was empty, and the previous visitors towels were left hanging on the back of the door. There was no stand alone bath like in the pictures, just one with a shower combination, which was quite old. This was disappointing as I had paid quite a lot of money to stay here for four nights.
