beautiful property, very clean . Excellent facilities, 2 pools gym etc. Location was excellent with very good restaurants in the surrounds.
Left a bitter taste when we asked for an extra 1 hr check out mid week Wednesday. The extra charge of $50 for that hour in a hotel that is not cheap is unacceptable and for this reason will probably never book there again.

Rooms are very spacious and clean with lovely ocean views.Thats about it.
No atmosphere to the hotel. There are two buildings and they don’t tell you which one to go to in your booking so if you go to the wrong one and it is raining bad luck. The reception desk of our tower closed at 2pm so we had to go to the other tower to sort my card out for not working. Very frustrating for a $450 per night room.
