The location, the staff, the room. It was all amazing!
Nothing, was perfect!

Room was amazing, spacious and clean. in-room laundry facilities were a massive plus. The location was perfect. Road noise was minimal. The staff were excellent in assisting during check in
Finding the carpark, and then where to park prior to check in, and then how to get to reception was poorly signed. Once we found our way to reception, the staff showed us everything else

Rooms are very spacious and clean with lovely ocean views.Thats about it.
No atmosphere to the hotel. There are two buildings and they don’t tell you which one to go to in your booking so if you go to the wrong one and it is raining bad luck. The reception desk of our tower closed at 2pm so we had to go to the other tower to sort my card out for not working. Very frustrating for a $450 per night room.
