Great location friendly staff and accommodating, but the Langham Melbourne is at much higher standard and has old fashion service which I really like
The suit is very good for instagram but not practical set up for a stay, no where to unpack very small wardrobe, limited space, no where to put toiletries next to basins. No where to hang a hand towel or bath towels you end up putting them on the floor. We have booked into the residence next time as the check in desk suggested it would be better suited. I just think who designed these rooms needs to go to the Langham Melbourne as that is the standard you expect from the brand. The Langham shouldn’t lower it it’s self to hotels like the star they should be setting the standard for high end. Don’t get me wrong we will stay again but Gold Coast could improve.

The whole experience from when we arrived to departure was exceptional. Staff were very friendly and always acknowledged and greeted us. The room was magnificent with a high and feel, the pool was amazing we spend most of our time in this area.

The Langham is bursting with luxury. The best place to stay on the Gold Coast by far.
We could not fault anything at all. The best meal I've ever had from Akoya.
