The location is excellent and near light rail station, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay.
The TV and Wi-Fi connection kept breaking up every minute whenever I tried to watch a movie, which made it difficult to enjoy the streaming service.

Easy self parking very spacious basement and plenty of parking available. Staff were all welcoming, smiling and helpful.
Pool great size and area clean.
Room great size, large and roomy for double room, large shower + bath. View from our room 13th floor was great.
Suggestion for a small chair to use on the balcony would be ideal.

Pool facilities are amazing
The over an hr wait for dinner on Saturday when only around 20 people were dinning

Food was good , staff were all lovely .
Room was banged up, carpet was dirty , sink sprayed you with water, tv didn’t work well , screen was fuzzy. Bed was not comfortable pillows were uncomfortable
