It was good,

It was a great hotel.

I was disappointed I was not put down for the breakfast I had already paid for and ended up not getting it. Then, on check out I was suddenly charged extra for the breakfast I didn’t get, but had already paid for. This was however resolved, but the systems in place were not good enough.

Overall it was beautiful experience.

We like the breakfast the most. Cheese omelettes. We are missing it already

Booked in ocean view but got room on 9th floor with a little bit of ocean bit on the right side.

Beautiful room and convenient location

Very comfortable, spacious and clean room. Restaurant downstairs was lovely and very convenient. The view of the beach from the balcony was beautiful. Car parking easy and convenient.

Comfortable stay, good value

Spacious room, good bed. pleasant pool area, great view of the Jewel building, right next to light rail station, short walk to the beach.

No sofa in the room. Nice restaurants are over a km away.

Good, but needs updating.

The buffet breakfast was good, and the location of the hotel is great. Staff were very friendly and the pool facilities were really good too. Rooms are a decent size with a good view.

The rooms are very outdated. There were no towel racks to hang towels, the wallpaper in the rooms was peeling, cupboards were scratched etc and the buffet breakfast gets very very busy and crowded. Overall, it was a good stay but I think a bit overpriced for what you get. The rooms need to be renovated if you're asking people to pay a bit more.

People were smoking on the balcony. We could not get out because of the smell.

Great hotel

Very clean and well maintained hotel. Junior ocean view suite was spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast in the morning was great and had a lot of selection. We also had dinner at the hotel and room service several times and each time the food was delicious and reasonable priced. Staff were very friendly and took the time to help, had an issue with our TV on the first day, they tried very hard to fix it on that day but couldn't but had it sorted out the next day. Rooms were also cleaned promptly everyday, better than alot of other hotels where I have had to ring house keeping to clean the room. Pool and other amenities were also very good. The hotel is also walking distance to the beach.

It was sometime very hard to get anyone when you rang from your room phone, it would often ring and ring with no answer. But that was a very minor inconvenience.

Hotel grande e muito confortável

A piscina é ótima, o atendimento também, a vista do quarto era ótima, o conforto interno também. Excelente hotel para quem está com crianças.

O café da manhã poderia ser melhor. O centro comercial fica afastado - o que pode ser bom caso esteja buscando tranquilidade ou ruim caso procure agito. Restaurantes são afastados do hotel.

Not worth the money

Location

The plates were always dirty in the breakfast area, had to wait for a long time everyday to get fresh plates once received most of them were dirty. Had to call multiple times for getting the extra towels. The room cleaning staff everyday forgot to replace the coffee mugs, coffee and spoons had to call in every time

Once great, now just ok.

Nice pool and great access to G-link tram. King mini suite had a great view.

The bed and bedding is awful. Restless sleep. There don’t seem to be enough staff - always a long queue at reception no matter when you visit.

Muy bien ubicado. A pocos metros supermercado. Caminando a surfers paradise el cartel 20min. Habitación espaciosa y unas vistas impresionantes (planta 18). Alberto en recepción un encanto y muy amable. Parking de pago pero muy espacioso. Lavandería en la planta B1 para los huéspedes.

Desayuno muy justito para lo que se espera de este hotel. Piscina exterior fría.

Pool area is lovely, hotel close to beach and Broadbeach

Paid for an ocean view room, room was on 9th floor and only view was of neighboring high-rises. Room wasn't 100% clean with rubbish from previous guest under the TV cabinet. Poolside food and beverage service was very poor, cheese platter included stale biscuits and rock hard cheese. Waited a long time for drinks to arrive. When we approached staff inside, the bartender said that he'd only just started work and had a lot of stuff to do. Cocktail was awful.

Not great. I wouldn't stay there again.

Location was OK.

I was staying with my spouse and children. The check-in process was exceptionally sluggish due to the extensive queue and understaffing. While at the pool, we attempted to place drink orders through the app, but the drinks never arrived. This prompted me to take my children out of the pool to inquire about the order, only to discover that it had been misplaced. Adding to our disappointments, there was shattered glass beneath the bed in our room. Unfortunately, my son sustained a cut on his hand while searching for his airpods amidst the broken glass.

The kids loved the spa… I loved the cocktail menu. We received a free upgrade when checking in, this was a pleasant surprise!

Room was great, with fantastic view. Close to where i needed to be. Bed was very comfortable and relaxing.

Very relaxing and enjoyable stay

We had a corner king room which was large and spacious with great 180-degree views. The buffet breakfast was fabulous. The landscaping and pool area was a real feature. Although it was too cold to swim in at that time of year, it was lovely to relax by it in the sun. There is also a tennis court which we didn't know was available.

We arrived an hour before check-in time of 3pm. Although our room was ready we were told if we wanted early access we would have to pay $50. Not a very good customer-focused start. Fortunately one of the managers organised earlier entry without payment which was appreciated.

Not bad but wouldn’t stay again given the terrible service about something that was very valuable to us.

The pool area was lovely and the staff seemed friendly. The room was a nice size.

When we left, my husband realised he had left his wedding ring on the bedside. We called a very short time after leaving and advised exactly where it was and the phone operator advised she would call back. She did not call back and I had to call multiple times to only be told the ring was not there.
