I had a very pleasant stay at Dream Station and found it particularly convenient as a solo traveller.
The biggest advantage is the location. The property is directly opposite Roma Termini, on the main road where the airport buses drop passengers. You basically just cross the road and you are there. This made it extremely convenient for my early-morning arrival in Rome and for onward travel.
One thing future guests should know is that the hotel entrance can be difficult to identify the first time. There is no large hotel sign outside. Look for an old wooden entrance door with a small keypad/intercom. After entering the main door and passing through the additional gates, there is a very small lift on the right-hand side. Once you understand the access system, however, it is quite straightforward. I would recommend keeping the room/access card with you because the doors are operated using codes.
The lady at reception was exceptionally kind and helpful. I arrived earlier than the normal check-in time, and although my room was not yet ready, she welcomed me into the sitting area while she prepared it. She also offered me coffee and water and made me feel very comfortable after my journey. This hospitality made an excellent first impression.
The room was very good—nothing unnecessarily luxurious, but everything provided had a purpose and worked well. I particularly liked the large window overlooking the entrance of Roma Termini. Wi-Fi was excellent throughout my stay.
The surrounding area is extremely convenient, with plenty of food options, including halal restaurants, and McDonald's within easy walking distance. Being next to Termini also makes exploring Rome by public transport very easy.
Overall, an excellent choice for a solo traveller who values location, convenience, cleanliness and helpful staff. I would happily stay here again.
The entrance is a little difficult to identify on first arrival because there is no prominent hotel sign, and the lift is very small. But that somehow a normal there :)

Excellent location. Just outside Roma Termini.
Good communication helped us access the property without any issues.
Luggage storage and laundry options provided.
Very quiet despite the location. Excellent air conditioning - which was most welcome
Cash for City tax. Most other hotels provide an option to pay by card.
The bathroom was broken, the shower leaked all over the floor. The flush had stopped working but was fixed immediately

Very good location for the central station and metro system, neighbourhood was a bit more hectic but safe, room was quiet and they had a little machine in the shared kitchen for ice cold drinking water

Location was incredible, literally opposite Roma termini. Had all the necessary items and was neat. Host was very accomodating.
Shower drain kept clogging, water took some time to run down.
