Excellent location - the Colosseum is literally at the end of the street.
Clean and well-appointed room. Good quality linen and towels. Comfortable bed. Fully-fitted and clean communal kitchen.
Also on bus and tram routes for easy transport. Supermarket is literally in the building next door.
A little bit noisy - can hear the people in the other rooms (or maybe, we just had the misfortune of unusually noisy neighbours)

Colosseo House is so close to the colosseum and some excellent restaurants. The owners were so easy to get in contact with. We arrived early and were able to drop our bags off so we could go and explore and our flight home was late afternoon and again they let us keep our bags there until leaving. The bed was so comfy, probably the most comfortable I've slept in away from home. The whole place was immaculately clean. The small touches of water, juice, cola and something to eat in the fridge were so very kind. Overall I would stay here again without any hesitation. Thank you for making our stay perfect!!

The property is located in a great location. Even to the point we walked back from the city centre one evening with no issues.
The actual apartment was very clean and very well presented.
I certainly couldn’t recommend it enough to anyone thinking of staying in Rome.
