The room and bathroom were very clean (spotless, in fact), the bed was very comfortable, and the location was excellent - just a short walk to the Colosseum. There's a small supermarket just next door, which also made things convenient.
Not within their control, but since it is on a main road, there's some traffic noise. Also, the rooms don't seem very soundproof, so we sometimes heard rattling from the room next door. But this was NOT an issue for us even though we are generally sensitive to noise. I thought it was worth mentioning in case they host guests who are hyper-sensitive to noise.

It was spotless throughout idea location lovley size room
The mattress was hard and the noise from other people in there rooms but apart from that we absolutely recommend this place

I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to spend a few nights close to the colosseum. Great location, near metro and bus stations. Close to supermarkets and restarurants. Clean comfortable place.
