Great location, right outside airport bus stop and train terminal, walkable to the Colosseum. Friendly staff, beautiful room decoration, fantastic shower, very clean, good breakfast. We only stayed one night, en-route to Civitavecchia for a cruise, which meant we didn't waste time and energy carrying heavy cases. Ideal stay for this.
It wasn't the most upmarket location, but the convenience for a short stay outweighed this. Nothing to dislike about the room or service.

The main advantage of this property is the location—it’s directly across the road from the train station, which was very convenient as we had an early train to catch the following morning.
For one night before catching an early train, the location was incredibly convenient, but I personally wouldn’t choose it for a longer stay.
The accommodation is essentially an apartment that has been divided into separate guest rooms. You enter the main apartment and then each individual room has its own locked door, with different guests staying in the rooms around you. Unfortunately, there is very little privacy or soundproofing. You can clearly hear conversations from the rooms next door and anyone talking in the shared areas, so you are very aware of how close you are to other guests.
Our room was extremely small and felt very cramped and claustrophobic. The shower was also tiny, so anyone on the larger side may find it difficult to use comfortably. There is a small shared kitchen area where breakfast is served.
