Really appreciated being able park right outside. The outside of the building is deceptive as it has the feel of an old hotel inside.
The room (called The Wee Room), was indeed tiny, but absolutely adequate for my needs - as I was just passing through. There was a shower and separate loo in the room, and the bed was very comfortable.
There was even a tiny fridge with a pint of milk in there and plenty of tea and coffee. Great!
Dunkeld looked like a good place to explore and its a shame I didnt have time to do so.
I would book into this property again.
Don't know if it was just me, but I couldn't lock the door from the outside. The catch worked once in the room however so I was safe in the room, but I think it needs attention as this would have been an issue if I'd had to go out.

Good location, 10 minutes walk to shops and bars but also quiet and peaceful. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I was given a free upgrade from a single room to a double en-suite with kitchen and it was fantastic.
