Very clean. Basic accommodation. Bedroom was really nice.
Just felt quite clinical. Nothing special or memorable but it did what it needed to do.
Communication with staff was very brief on messaging, not particularly welcoming. I could tell they were busy. Needs better instructions to find the front door and how to access the flats.

Convenient for Perth and the lovely walks around the Inch and along the river. Parking is very handy, and for a small hotel room has great facilities.

Close to the North Inch, and close to shops, bed was very comfortable, had everything we needed

location was very good , no breakfast available
corridor was very dark as you left lift we could not see a thing ( no natural light) there is a light which came on a min later as we were trying to use torch on our phone. no soap/shower gel ( ran out)
