The service and rooms in The Townhouse are second to none. David provided another warm welcome (I'd stayed previously, and will again), and I enjoy his great breakfasts... and sense of humour. In addition, a stay here is perfect if you want easy proximity to the train, a terrific huge park directly across the road, and 5-10 min walks to numerous restaurants, shops, etc.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay but might explore booking directly next time, for even better value.

Lovely, friendly and helpful host. Spotlessly clean and spacious room. Well equipped bathroom with quality products. Delicious breakfasts with a personal touch. Comfortable beds. Central location - walking distance to most shops, restaurants and cafes. Free parking.
No complaints as such. We kept banging our heads on the skeiling but we soon learned. Our hair and clothes got smelly from the cooking but it was worth it to get a home cooked breakfast. Lots of stairs to reach the top floor from the car park but it kept us fit.
