To Solo traveller's and couples who wish to be just a stones throw away from Perth's City Centre then look no further than the Lovat Hotel. There's a book to be written ✨️ from my experience of arriving at this hotel. I was 2 hours but sitting with a cuppa coffee and a soda water and lime 🍋. This Hotel loved me to tears the staff must have thought that I was in pain. It's the fact that Rosie must have told the staff that I was a stroke survivor and make my stay unforgettable. And before I can say my name and address my room was ready. I've lived in Kirkoswald Penrith Cumbria in a two bedroom bungalow and the room was massive . I'm sure there was a echo when speaking myself. For my 1st night I had my dinner in my room and what a wonderful meal, I can't use knife to cut my pizza but the chefs culinary skills were spot on. I had no problem sleeping and the walk in shower facilities where fantastic. Medication and Coffee started the day and then a taxi to Perth Museum. I'm embarrassed to say that the staff who looked after me over those 3 days have slipped away from memory .Don't worry ladies and gentlemen I have your names written down somewhere. To the reception and restaurant and housekeeping staff you work so well together ❤️ and the kindness you all showed me , Won't be forgotten . Thanks again for everyone making my stay remarkable. Honestly, nothing. If I had to say one thing, I wish my memory was better so I could remember all the staff names who were so kind. That's on me, not the hotel.

Good location with parking.
Rooms all close together so I was nervous that we would not get a quiet night and be able to sleep. Thankfully the people around us were respectful and it was quiet after 10pm. There is a sign up asking for no noise after 8pm so I take it the reception staff will address issues if any.
