They were very friendly, clean rooms and good breakfast.
They canceled our reservation but were able to still get us a room.

Excellent hotel, good breakfast and good restaurants. We had no complaints. The rooms are clean and quiet. The room and bathroom amenities were good. The area is save where you can walk around at night with no fear.
It is a bit far from the historic city center and other major shopping malls.

The breakfast is very good and worth opting in for.
The rooms are in need of being freshened up. The floors were wonky and the toilets are struggling to do their job. For the value and the status of the hotel, one would expect a better quality and up to date rooms.
