El hotel es muy bonito y está muy bien cuidado. Su ubicación es muy buena, la habitación tiene lo necesario para el descanso, y la comida y el desayuno es de gran calidad y con el mejor sabor. Lo mejor es la calidez de la atención de su propietario y las personas que allí trabajan. Ellos siempre estaban preocupados por mi comodidad y mi seguridad. Hasta cuando estaba fuera me sentía acompañado y cuidado. Ellos ya estaban atentos de mi desde mucho antes de llegar al hotel. Me sentí hospedado con los mejores anfitriones de Quito. Me sentí en familia.

This is a great hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and affordable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is just 1 block from the artisan market and atms, and restaurants are nearby. The property is also secure behind a locked gate. Highly recommended!

Las personas están muy pendientes y dispuestas a ayudar en lo que uno necesite
La ducha, y el clóset, son incómodos, la dotación de la habitación es insuficiente, el colchón no es confortable, el teléfono para comunicarse con la recepción no sirve, y no hubo personal para aseo el fin de semana con feriado
