Beautiful property with unique style. Kind and responsive owner and staff who always went above and beyond and who made the stay special and personal.. Great location that is walking distance to many places. Good breakfast. Sweeping views of the historic district. Quiet location despite being so well located. The shared areas of the hotel are really special and relaxing.

Pillows were not comfortable, rooms close to the dining room are not ‘sound proof’ in the morning.

A lovely family-owned and run B&B in Quito's historic quarter. Andreas and his staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs including an early breakfast one day before an excursion and getting us transport one day when the traffic was horrific. There's a great laundry across the road that did an entire load of laundry for us, washed, dried and folded for $6. Recommendations for restaurants, things to do were appreciated and added to our great 2-day stay. Location in the historic quarter was good with most things only a short walk away. And the house cat is beautiful! Would stay again.
