The guy who works as receptionist on night shift is amazing - very helpful and very nice. He should be training people in customer service.
The bathroom situation is tricky. I understand it's an old building but water pressure is very low and you need some time to get to know how to get warm water

Su ubicación, cerca de todo, con personal muy amable y un desayuno exquisito.
Falta mejorar un poco el aislamiento de las ventanas, por el ruido exterior.

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum
Das Frühstück war kein Buffet, und es war schwierig, sich verständlich zu machen. Ich habe mehrere Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten, und entsprechende Optionen waren leider nicht verfügbar.
Das Badezimmer war wirklich winzig. Es war kaum möglich, auf der Toilette zu sitzen, ohne mit den Knien gegen die Wand zu stoßen.
Außerdem gab es weder am Waschbecken noch in der Dusche warmes Wasser.

Room size was good, beds were comfortable enough, staff was very nice, polite & helpful.
traffic noise!!!!! We had a room at the front of the hotel and the traffic noise was non-stop all night. It may have been less noticeable at the back of the hotel, but I can only guess. The location was within walking distance of the historical district, which is why we picked this hotel. But getting a good night's sleep was almost impossible with the traffic noise.
