Staff and location. Best coffee shop in town just up the road.
The price was a little high by comparison, but the quality of the room was worth it. For example, my friends in the hotel next door dealt with noisy lobby and bad breakfasts..

Our hosts were the most attentive people! From our late check-in, beautifully presented breakfasts and lovely dinner, we were treated with kindness and hospitality. Our room was well appointed, quiet and comfortable. The lobby, guest sitting areas and top floor viewing space were inviting, interestingly decorated and comfortably designed. This hotel is a hidden gem! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Quito!
