The location is excellent. The staff are excellent. The breakfast was very good, although a little small. The food and beverages are good tasting but portions are small and don't fill you up.
They only give you 1 small roll of toilet paper at a time ;upon request. We almost ran out a couple of times on the bowl. You have to see the front desk each time you need another roll. We ended up buying a 4 pack at the grocery store for $1.00 for convenience . Room also needed minor maintenance.. For example, several loose tiles that kept popping out on the floor.

My wife and I stayed here twice within two weeks for many days and the hotel, hospitality, breakfast and transportation service was absolutely perfect. A gentleman named Klever picked us up from the airport, dropped us off at the bus station to go to Cuyabeno, picked us up from the bus station and took us back to the airport. He is an absolute professional - always on time, great communication, safe driving and 100% reliable. Thank you Klever for making the trip stress free.
The rooms at the hotel were clean, comfortable beds and had great shower pressure and always had hot water - nothing bad to say about the rooms.
The breakfast every morning was great! Bread, eggs, coffee, and various fruits and juices that changed every day. Lorena was always super friendly and attentive for the breakfasts.
Thank you also to Guillermo for being so nice and accommodating. Being able to leave some luggage safely at the hotel while we went to Cuyabeno was a huge help.
We will definitely be staying here again every time we are in Quito!

Hotel building have be recently renovated. Old furniture but lighting & hot water works well. Location is good, near to all the tourist attractions in Old Quito. Bonus point - Hotel allowed early check-in and late check-out.
At night and early morning the room is really cold.
