We had 3 booked 3 bedrooms in this hotel. 2 in the upper floor had amazing view over Quito, 1 in the "inside" of the hotel had no outdoor view, and could hear the very strong noise of the water pump all day and night everytime someone use water / flush toilet. Nice staff, and nice little breakfast

The hotel was conveniently located, very close to the heart of the Colonial City Center. The beds were very comfortable, the hotel was extremely well kept, clean and had a good breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
It didn’t bother me, but for a big person, the bathroom would be too small, and for someone with mobility issues, I wouldn’t recommend a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor, as the Hotel doesn’t have an elevator.
