1 - Location: close to restaurants, museums, the Metro
2 - The main house and rooms were so tastefully decorated
3 - the option to have breakfast included saved time
1 - The standard rooms in the annex were on the small side. While we did have a small loveseat in our room, it did not have a table and chair and the only place to unpack clothes was a small armoire.

We stayed in the suite double room, so called Aphrodite room on the ground floor. The room and the bathroom were very large, a lot of daylight.
It is rather noisy, it is a corner room facing two streets, it is not soundproof. In addition, on Friday evening, the nearby discoteca stayed open until 2 a.m.
Additionally, it takes about 10 minutes for hot water to start flowing after opening the faucets.
