Location, service, cleanliness
It would be important to have more options for breakfast in case a person doesn't want to have the whole buffet. Also, more options of snacks or light dinner.
For the size of the hotel, it would be nice to have a bigger gym with more equipment in a ventilated area.

I liked that it was private, clean and the the breakfast was good.
The cabs organized by the hotel were charging above the rate given on-line for short distances from the hotel.

The location is awesome. All staff very kind. Just wish they would respect more the non residents reservations and don’t charge the vat. Should be knowledgeable on how to order medicines in the middle of the night, this would be a plus.
In general the room great, just pay more attention to details. For example the toilet cover was loose. Also all the water from the shower comes outside and the bathroom all
Becomes a mess.

It was just ok.
Our room was missed for cleaning and when we asked for clean towels at least it took ,45 minutes to get them. Not impressed
