Breakfast was great with a wide selection. Beds and pillows were comfortable.
We returned to stay for a night a week later but we felt the room was not well ventilated with the centralized aircond not adjustable. They provided us a fan but we needed to clean the dust on the fan before using it.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The lifts were fast and efficient. Breakfast was good. There are a couple of convenience stores closeby.
We were in Sapporo at a time when things were disrupted due to unusually heavy snow. This made the trek to the station more arduous than it probably would be, but I wouldn't say that this hotel is conveniently located. We paid for 3 nights, bed and breakfast. On the final morning we needed to leave for the airport before breakfast started. When asked on the previous day to be able to take some breakfast with us the manager said a definite "no". His exact words were "No Takeout!" And we were refused a refund for that also. We have been in many hotels where a packed bag is made available for guests in this situation - but definitely not at this hotel. Staff were adequately polite but, perhaps due to the manager's attitude, we didn't feel greatly welcome and would not stay there again or recommend it to others.
