New, big, clean & very well equipped room with all cooking stuffs & washing machine which i really appreciated.
I like the room have toilet , basin & bathing area all separated & you can haves self-served refill hotel amenities & towel.
The beds are extremely comfortable. the room is quite big with sofa & a tea table which we can eat ,chat & watch TV there,
The location is good too, just 5-10 mins from susukino sta, there are plenty of shops & restaurant open quite late plus convenience stores nearby.
There is no front desk staffs after 2200. But there are always some groups of man gather near the hotel , although there is nth happened , it’s a bit scary for us coz those men starring at us when we were walking pass them which make us didn’t feel comfortable . So we walked through the other streets to reach the hotel for the nights after.

Great sized rooms and facilities in rooms. Kitchen, washing machine.
Only improvement could be opening the front desk earlier than 10:00am.
