We booked for the seafood breakfast buffet. It was fabulous. Very convenient transfer to airport with the airport bus just in front of hotel. Also the staff was wonderful especially Otani. With her bright smile and excellent English, she warmly welcomed us to Vessel Inn Hotel and immediately made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. She kindly explained the different options for getting to the airport, provided helpful information about the laundry facilities and buffet, and even arranged our baggage forwarding to Tokyo. She patiently helped us fill out the necessary forms and made the whole process so easy. Otani is truly a gem and a wonderful asset to the hotel. Her warm, helpful, and professional service made a lasting impression on us. We are very grateful for her assistance and hope the hotel recognises what a valuable member of the team she is.

This is a great hotel with amazing service. The reception staff spoke English very well and explained all necessary when checking in. Also offered to join us as a member and gave us a choice of free gifts - we've chosen Sapporo Beers. The room size is good for Japan standards.
Wow, the hotel went above and beyond by decorating the room with a surprise - they found out it's our 12th year 'Silk' anniversary. They surprised us with silk related gifts, ballons and yummy cakes, along with a personal hand written postcard. What a lovely gesture.
The pillow and bed are comfortable, very clean room, the location is unbeatable, as it is right next to Nakajima Park. Also very close distance to public transport and many convenience stores closeby.
Special mention to their breakfast - all you can eat sashimi included. Can make a really nice Chirashi don, the raw scallops are the best. Breakfast is packed and quite busy, but the staff kept refilling and kept everything in order and clean. Well done!
Also, washing clothes is so easy, they have many washing/dryer availablen and coin operated.
They offer free soft serve ice-cream between 7-9pm.
There is an airport bus stop just outside the hotel, making it so easy to goto Sapporo airport.

The breakfast is the best of this hotel. It offers over 80 items for breakfast. When I stayed here, they were offering the limited number of BBQ'ed eel bowls as well as the grilled beef in the live kitchen. Every morning I ate until I was full. I skipped lunch and I do not have to eat until late afternoon. The location of this hotel is within walking distance (about 10 min walk) to the center of Susukino, the city center. If I do not feel like walking, then the subway is another option to reach Susukino. There is a nice-sized park, Nakajima Park in 2 min walk. There is also an airport bus stop, practically in front of the hotel. I took this bus to the New Chitose airport on my way back.
There was nothing I did not like.

Staff from reception is very helpful calling ANA waiting for long. Breakfast is good & free drink on lobby was appreciated.
The toilet & room is indeed old. I felt back pain after slept. The location is bit far from shopping area or Jr station. Must take Metro.
