Central to Sultanahmet so great location which of course comes at a cost on a busy street; Excellent value of course if a little tired as a room but the friendly owners made us feel very welcome and a super little market on the ground floor has everything you need.
a tight fit in the room but such superb value for money.

Very close to the main tourist destination
It would be great if the rooms had a deep clean, there was dust everywhere. The curtains and netting needs need regular washing. Dusting behind radiators and tops.

the rooms were not very modern and the bathroom had lots of mold on the ceilings. the towels and beds were very rough. overall, it did not feel comfortable
